ok the first paper of maths today. found it pretty okay. but i didn't manage to finish the paper in 1 hour!! crap, almost whole of the last page is blank... 8 marks out the window already. damn. i really have to practise finishing the paper within the time limit.
maybe i should have used john paul's Vastel Plan (haha...schlieffen plan), do all the ones u know first and immediately skip the ones u dun really know. i think i spent too much time on one- mark factorisation questions. hmm. no time for regrets now. study for history. that one must ace.
after the exam, i went for a short prayer session with the legion to 'leave behind' the paper. (thanks Julian for geog notes) went back with jervis...he wanted to photocopy my history notes..so, we had time to slack in burger king until the photocopying shop opened.ahha. reached home at 12. Teachers' day today. yah. the concert was cool. gareth's starry starry night rocks!(: there was also that 403 class product. not bad. they were singing lyrics using the music from Hoobastank's 'The Reason'. they went like 'you're the one that catches me asleep' instead of 'you're the one that catches all my tears'. souunded real funny because of the lyrics=). and the drummer rocks!! he was like spinning the 'stick'(thats not what you call them right?). spin, spin , spin then whoah! damn cool lah..
you really have to see it to know what i'm talking about.
i had a real bad shock when i came back to class after concert. my library book wasn't in my bag!! crap...why do these sort of shit happen to me?? i told ping shun to bring my bag into the class when it is unlocked, i had to go for mass.
me: ping shun could you help me bring the bag on when jun kai unlocks the door?
ping shun: but he's playing chess
me: just help me. ok,arh. thanks. (runs off to mass)
then see what happen? waldron told me ping shun left my bag outside and was even to busy playing chess to respond when mrs fong asked who's bag it was. damn you lah ping shun. i trusted you. i won't say anything more on this.
then went to visit primary school. something bad happened again. we (chin boon, cheng jun, wayne, jonathan, louis, shannon, me) were all playing some football at the school field after seeing the teachers and some ah bengs(old students, i think) challenged us to a game. i told cheng jun we shouldnt play with them, but still...
anyway, we did. and they suck man. they're just big and itimidating with those loud rude word in hokkien. the primary school ppl play better than them. no surprise, in no time the score was 2-0. we lead. then, while i was going in for a third, it happened.
i challenged some big guy for the ball in the air, not purposely bumping into him. well, i received a middle finger in return even after saying sorry. he went ' ni xiao xin'('you better be careful'
in chinese) ,pointing a threatening finger at me. and i thot to myself, if i ignore him, he'll back off. but he didnt.
: the guy was like stalking me thruout the rest of the game! purposely pushing me around. obviously i stuck with ignoring himself. trouble was a thing i didnt need. but it really spoilt my mood. i didnt play as well after that.
after the game, i had to zhao to church, so i left quite quickly. later, i saw louis, wayne, jonathan, shannon while waiting at the bus stop, looking all troubled and ruffled. they looked anxious. said the guy was after me.and that his gang had just cornered them and extorted $40 from them for me!! i was damn shocked. hey, it was just an accident and they want to beat ppl up, hit louis 3 times! violent. thats what happens when you play with gangters. shitty low- lifes. i knew we should have played among ourselves.
i felt damn bad that my friends had to fork out to get me out of trouble. $40!! no joke!! i will repay them, of course. its good to know that you have such good and loyal friends. today really tested the friendship we had. maybe the next time i meet up with them, i'll treat them to a $40 lunch, just to celebrate the friendship we shared. Thank you guys, for doing that for me. it meant something.thank you.
